Police are currently investigating the reported abduction of a man from Clydebank, who was later discovered with serious injuries 20 miles away, after being forced into an Audi which was subsequently torched and abandoned.

The 25-year-old victim was found at Forth Valley Hospital in Larbert with severe but not life-threatening injuries. The incident occurred when he was coerced into a white Audi S3 quattro on Milton Mains Court in Clydebank around 6.30pm on Wednesday, November 20. The burnt-out vehicle was later located in Dunning, Perth and Kinross, 40 miles away from Clydebank.

Detectives have urged anyone with information regarding the incident, which was reported to the authorities on Monday, November 25, to come forward. Detective Constable Gordon McCready stated that the police are conducting thorough inquiries to ascertain the full details of the incident and appealed to anyone who may have witnessed the white Audi or noticed any suspicious activities to assist in the investigation.
