Statistics reveal that approximately 70 individuals in Scotland suffer cardiac arrests each week, with only six individuals surviving. Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest survival rates in Scotland are notably low. SkillZone plays a crucial role in addressing these statistics through its comprehensive training programmes.

The Scottish Government’s strategy aims to empower one million individuals in Scotland with CPR skills and enhance the accessibility of public access defibrillators.
