Police appeal for public’s help after thieves target homes in West Lothian village

Police in West Lothian are reaching out to the public for assistance following a series of break-ins in a village in the region. Authorities suspect that the same culprits may be behind both incidents and are urging locals to come forward with any information they may have.

The first break-in occurred at a residence on Castle Crescent between 5pm on Tuesday, 12 November and 7am on Wednesday, 13 November. The suspects fled the scene and were last seen getting into a white Volkswagen Golf estate car parked on Blair Road.

Were you in the area of Castle Crescent on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning or in the Blair Road area around 2.30am on Wednesday morning? Did you see anything suspicious or out of the ordinary? Have you seen a white Volkswagen Golf estate car being driven around these times? If you have, please contact us.”
