Teenager charged in connection with theft of mobile from 13-year-old boy

A 14-year-old teenager has been charged in connection with a robbery in Livingston, Scotland. The incident occurred around 12:45 pm on Saturday, 16th November 2024, where a 13-year-old boy was robbed of his mobile phone on Lanark Avenue, near Carmondean Centre Road. The teenager has been charged, and a report will be sent to the Youth Justice Management Department for further action.
