Unique dance event showcasing local talent comes to Dumbarton High Street

A unique dance event showcasing local talent is set to grace Dumbarton High Street as award-winning visual theatre makers Megahertz and arts producing house FERAL bring their STRUT performance to town. The event, scheduled for tomorrow evening, promises a captivating dance performance and projection parade that will light up the streets of Dumbarton.

Rooted in the community, the performances will feature familiar faces from the local area celebrating dance in a spectacular manner. With dramatic lighting, catchy beats, and stunning projections adorning ordinary buildings, the STRUT procession is set to mesmerize spectators, whether watching from behind windows or gathered on the pavement.

Five local dance heroes have been selected to showcase their choreography, representing ballet, contemporary, commercial, hip hop, Irish, funk, and soul dance styles.
