A Cambuslang beauty trainer’s business has been recognised with a prestigious award, named Academy of the Year at a recent awards event. Leeanne Niven, 37, established The Beauty Trainer at her Etre Belle salon in 2019, and her business has been flourishing ever since. The Scottish Beauty Training Academy of the Year 2024 award was presented to Leeanne at the Oceanic Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards, much to her surprise and delight.

Leeanne expressed her gratitude for the recognition, attributing it possibly to her dedicated students who may have nominated her anonymously.
