CCTV released of man wanted in connection with Glasgow Central assault

CCTV footage has been released by British Transport Police in connection with an assault at Glasgow Central Station. The incident took place on September 5 at around 7pm. Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying the man shown in the images.
The man is described as Asian, in his 20s, approximately 5ft8, with a beard. He was wearing a light-coloured cap, a light green jacket, light-coloured jeans, and white trainers at the time of the assault. Anyone who has information about the man or recognises him is urged to contact British Transport Police immediately.
A spokesperson for the force said, “The man pictured, or anyone who recognises him, is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 2400112153. Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
