Chilling CCTV footage has emerged showing the last-known moments of a 21-year-old woman before she went missing. Police are on the lookout for a woman identified as Kelly, with clips taken at Oxford Railway Station capturing her before her disappearance. The footage shows Kelly wheeling a black bike with a beige seat at 12.40pm on Thursday, November 7. She was dressed in a black puffer jacket over a black hoodie or beanie cap, and wore black and pink trainers. Described as a white woman around 5ft tall with brown hair, Kelly is originally from Witney in Oxfordshire, and it is believed she was heading towards Cornwall.
Detective Inspector Ian D’Angeli expressed increasing concern for Kelly’s welfare and urged anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward.
