Manhunt launched after a 16-year-old girl was raped in a car park in Scotland, as reported by the Daily Record. The incident took place in the Cowgate area of Dundee between 1am and 1.30am. Police are actively searching for the suspect described as a man around 20 years old, of slim build and average height. At the time of the assault, he was wearing a beige/khaki jacket, a black T-shirt, dark trousers, and light-brown boots.
