The Rutherglen Community Safety Awareness team hosted its last event of the year on November 26 at the Rutherglen Exchange Shopping Centre. Barry Cathie expressed his gratitude towards the event partners, which included the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service, Police Scotland, South Lanarkshire Council Trading Standards, St Andrew’s First Aid, Neighbourhood Watch Scotland, and Healthy n Happy Community Trust for their continuous support throughout the year. The event also featured a Christmas raffle, with Lynne Greenhorn winning a basket of goodies.
