Scots man vanishes after going fishing and never returning to car

A Scottish man has gone missing after setting out for a fishing trip and failing to return to his car, sparking concerns for his well-being. Fraser Allan, aged 43, was last seen on Burnshouse Drive, Whitburn around 11.30am on Monday, 2 December. He had gone fishing near Loch Lubhair, Crainlarich. Standing at approximately 5ft 2in, Fraser has dark greying hair, a beard, and arm tattoos featuring Star Wars, the Joker, and Deadpool. His current attire is unknown.
Authorities have stated that Fraser is suspected to be on foot as his car was located in the vicinity of Loch Lubhair. Inspector Scott Anderson expressed growing worry, stating, “Fraser went fishing earlier today and hasn’t returned, as time passes we are growing increasingly concerned for him. He is believed to be on foot as his car has been located in the area of Loch Lubhair. I am appealing to anyone who has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.”
Anyone who may have information about Fraser Allan’s whereabouts is urged to contact the police at 101, quoting reference 2363 of 2 December, 2024.
