Scots tattoo studio gives all profits to animal rescue centre

A Scottish tattoo studio is making a significant impact on the community by giving all its profits to an animal rescue centre. Tribe Tattoo Studio, located in Glasgow’s west end and Edinburgh, donates its earnings to support the operations of the Clyde Valley animal rescue centre. This sanctuary provides care for a variety of animals, including sheep, pigs, goats, chickens, and donkeys, many of which have been abandoned or neglected.
One heartwarming story from the sanctuary involves Clover the lamb, who was found in a dire condition with a broken leg and injured eyes after being subjected to neglect. Thanks to the intervention of kind-hearted dog walkers, Clover was brought to Tribe Animal Sanctuary where she received the necessary care and attention. The sanctuary, founded by tattoo artist and animal lover Morag Sangster in 2017, has become a haven for animals in need, providing them with a loving and safe environment to live out their days.
Tribe Animal Sanctuary operates solely on profits from the tattoo studio and donations from the public. The sanctuary does not euthanise any healthy animals and aims to give each creature a chance at a happy and fulfilling life. Despite the challenges of caring for a large number of animals and managing financial needs, the team at the sanctuary finds great joy in seeing the animals thrive and exhibit their individual personalities.
To raise funds for the sanctuary’s ongoing operations, an online auction is currently being held, offering weekend breaks, meals, and gifts for bidding. This initiative reflects the community’s support for the vital work being done at Tribe Animal Sanctuary.
In this heartwarming tale of compassion and dedication, Tribe Tattoo Studio and Tribe Animal Sanctuary showcase the power of combining passion for art with a deep commitment to animal welfare. Through their efforts, they are making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable animals and inspiring others to contribute to the cause of animal rescue and care.
