The conversion of the church has received accolades, winning the individual new build or small development category at this year’s Herald Property Awards for Scotland. Developed by the Apsis Group, the flats within the former church offer distinctive and energy-efficient living spaces that highlight the building’s 19th-century charm.

Each flat has been individually designed to incorporate specific elements of the historic church. The luxury flats are now being leased by Hamilton-based estate agent Residence, offering prospective tenants a chance to experience a mix of period features from the original church alongside modern amenities. This project marks the final phase of a larger redevelopment in the Hamilton area, which also includes affordable housing options developed for the community.
